无铬催化剂用于马来酸二甲酯加氢制备γ-丁内酯

【摘要】 在马来酸二甲酯加氢制备γ-丁内酯的反应过程中,采用铜-铝系氧化物催化剂替代铜-铬氧化物催化剂,去除了污染严重的铬。实验考察了反应温度、压力、氢酯比和液时空速等工艺条件对反应的影响,结果表明,适宜的反应条件为:反应温度225232℃,压力<0.5MPa,氢酯摩尔比(4070)∶1,液时空速≤0.8h-1,在此条件下,反应转化率大于90%,γ-丁内酯选择性约90%。

【Abstract】 Copper/chromium metal oxide catalyst was replaced with copper/aluminum oxide catalyst during hydrogenation of dimethyl maleate toγ-butyrolactone.So the serious pollution of chromium was removed.The effects of hydrogenation process conditions,for example reaction temperature,pressure,hydrogen ester molar ratio and liquid hourly space velocity on the reaction were investigated.The results showed that the optimum hydrogenation conditions were temperature 225-232 ℃,p<0.5 MPa,hydrogen/dimethyl maleate molar ratio of(4070)∶1 and liquid hour space velocity(LHSV)≤0.8h-1.In this condition,the conversion of the reaction is>90%,the selectivity ofγ-butyrolactone is about 90%.
