增施生物炭对烤烟成熟期根际土壤酶活性的影响

【摘要】 田间试验向土壤中增施不同量的生物炭,再对烤烟成熟期根际土壤过氧化氢酶、脲酶、转化酶、多酚氧化酶活性进行了分析。结果表明:增施生物炭可显著提高土壤过氧化氢酶和脲酶活性,但对根际土壤转化酶和多酚氧化酶活性影响不显著;生物炭与有机肥配施比与无机肥配施改善土壤酶活性的效果更好。

【Abstract】 The activities of catalase,urease,sucrase and polyphenol oxidase in the rhizospheric soil of flue-cured tobacco at maturity stage were studied by the field experiment of adding different amount of biochar to the soil. The results showed that increasing the application of biochar significantly increased the activities of catalase and urease in the rhizospheric soil,but it had no significant effects on the activities of soil sucrase and polyphenol oxidase. The combined application of biochar and organic fertilizer had better improvement effects on soil enzyme activity than the combined application of biochar and inorganic fertilizer.
