超声浸提ICP-MS法测定PM2.5中多种金属元素方法的建立与应用

【摘要】 目的建立PM2.5中12种金属元素含量的测定方法,并将其应用于实际监测。方法优化超声浸提PM2.5中金属元素条件,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定PM2.5中镍(Ni)、镉(Cd)、铊(Tl)、铅(Pb)、铝(Al)、砷(As)、铍(Be)、铬(Cr)、锰(Mn)、锑(Sb)、硒(Se)、汞(Hg)含量。结果各金属元素回程方程线性关系良好,r=0.999 70.999 9;检出限范围为0.001 50.42ng/m3,定量下限为0.0051.4ng/m3;相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.58%6.53%;加标回收率为87.9%101.4%。结论建立的方法可实现PM2.5中多种金属元素同时检测,灵敏度高、准确性好、动态线性范围较宽。

【Abstract】 Objective To establish and apply an assay for multiple metallic elements in PM2.5 by ultrasonic extraction and ICP-MS.Methods The ultrasonic extraction conditions of metal elements were optimized.Metal elements concentrations including nickel(Ni),cadmium(Cd),thallium(Tl),lead(Pd),aluminum(Al),arsenic(As),beryllium(Be),chromium(Cr),manganese(Mn),antimony(Sb),selenium(Se)and mercury(Hg)in PM2.5 were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).Results The linear regression equation of each element is good(r=0.999 7-0.999 9);Detection limit of each element was from 0.001 5ng/m3 to 0.42ng/m3,with quantitative limit of 0.005ng/m3 to 1.4ng/m3 and relative standard deviation(RSD)from 0.58%to 6.53%.Standard addition recovery was from 87.9%to 101.4%.Conclusion The established assay can achieve multiple metallic element determination simutaneously with high sensitivity,good accuracy and dynamic wide linear range.
