TC4钛合金热浸铝镀层的微观组织结构及性能

【摘要】 采用热浸镀铝的方法,以饱和K2Zr F6水溶液作为助镀剂,在TC4钛合金表面获得Ti-Al金属间化合物层。结果表明:热浸铝时间的长短对镀层厚度及热扩散后的组织结构及性能均无明显影响;TC4钛合金经760℃热浸镀铝10 min得到一层热浸镀层,主要相为Ti Al3相,热浸镀铝基体组织为α+β组织;上述热浸镀铝试样,1000℃下热扩散6 h,表面化合物层组织具有魏氏组织结构特征,基体为初生α相和次生α相,可有效提高TC4合金的硬度及耐磨性。

【Abstract】 A Ti-Al intermetallic compound layer on TC4 titanium alloy was obtained by means of hot-dip aluminizing assisted with saturated K2 Zr F6solution. The results show that the hot dipping time has no obvious effect on the thickness,microstructure and properties of the aluminized coating before and after thermal diffusion. The main phase of the compound layer hot-dipped at 760 ℃ for 10 min is Ti Al3,and that of the TC4 titanium alloy matrix after hot-dip aluminizing is α and β. The hot-dipped samples after thermal diffusion at 1000 ℃ for 6 h can get a surface compound layer with widmanstatten structure on the matrix of primary α and secondary α,which can effectively enhance the hardness and wear resistance of TC4 titanium alloy.
