基于Canny算子和Radon变换的轨道图像校正方法
Correction method of track image based on Canny operator and Radon transform
【摘要】 针对透视畸变的轨道图像不利于基于摄影测量的轨道平顺性检测问题,提出一种基于Canny算子和Radon变换轨道图像自动校正方法。首先,在轨道中间与轨面平行处放置一块白底且中间部分为黑色矩形的标定板,在原轨道图像中截取标定板图像;然后利用Canny算子对二值化后的标定板图像进行边缘检测,在边缘检测的结果基础上利用Radon变换提取直线,并计算出直线交点,换算交点在原轨道图像中的坐标;最后根据原轨道图像中交点坐标结合透视变换对轨道图像进行校正,并对校正后的轨道图像进行轨距检测。实验结果表明,检测轨距与实际轨距误差为0.26 mm。相比传统的灭点法,所提方法能够更准确地对轨道图像进行校正。
【Abstract】 The perspective distortion of track image is unfavorable for detecting the track ’ s regularity based on photogrammetry. In order to solve the problem, a new method of correcting track image based on Canny operator and Radon transform was presented. Firstly, a calibration plate was placed in the middle of the track in parallel with the track’ s surface.This plate’ s bottom was white, and its middle part was a black rectangle. Secondly, the plate image was intercepted from the original track images. After binarization, the plate image was detected for edges by Canny operator, and then extracted for straight lines by Radon transform. Thirdly, the intersection of straight lines was calculated, and then converted to its coordinates in the original track image. Finally, according to the coordinates in the original track image and perspective transformation, the track image was corrected and detected for gauge. The experimental result shows that the error between the detected and the real gauges is only 0. 26 mm. Compared with the traditional method, the proposed method can correct track images more accurately.
