【摘要】 针对软件技术专业的特点,结合"专企融合"模式的实施经验,提出了基于"专企融合"的现代学徒制三段式育人机制。结合东忠现代学徒制班的实施情况,对现代学徒制在校企合作、人才培养模式、课程体系、师资队伍建设和质量评价等多个方面开展研究,分析了实施现代学徒制前后人才培养方面的若干区别,指出了企业在现代学徒制中的主体作用,提出基于"专企融合"的现代学徒制的运行机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the characteristics of software technology specialty, combining the implementation experience of "integration of specialty and enterprise", this paper puts forward the three stage personnel training mechanism based on the modern apprenticeship system of "integration of specialty and enterprise".
