【摘要】 针对大学生学习不主动、动手能力和创新能力不足等问题,本文提出了"混合学习+创新训练"的新型教学模式。在教学中,将理论与实践、课堂与网络、课内与课外相融合,在实践中做到"六个转变":学习平台个性化、教学资源精品化、教学方式多样化、实践环节设计系统化、创新创业基地化、学习考核过程化。实践证明,该教学模式可激发学生的主动学习意识,提高学生的动手能力和协作交流能力,有利于培养创新型人才。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aiming at the problems that college students lack initiative learning,practical ability and innovative ability,this paper presents a new teaching mode by fusing blended learning with innovative training. In teaching,the theory and practice,classroom and network,and in-class and after-class are fused to achieve six transformations in practice,including personalized learning platform,high-quality teaching resource,diversified teaching method,systematic design of practical teaching,base of innovation and entrepreneurship,and process of learning assessment. Practice has proved that this teaching mode can stimulate students’ initiative learning enthusiasm,improve students’ ability of practice and cooperation,and help to cultivate innovative talents.更多还原
