Al88Co4Y6Er2非晶合金的晶化动力学效应
Preparation and kinetics of crystallization of Al88Co4Y6Er2 amorphous alloy
【摘要】 采用单辊旋淬法制备了Al88Co4Y6Er2铝基非晶合金,运用差示热分析技术研究非晶合金晶化动力学性能。采用Ozawa方法计算了Al88Co4Y6Er2非晶合金晶化激活能,得到初始晶化激活能Ex1是370.6kJ·mol-1。同时发现Al88Co4Y6Er2非晶合金的晶化百分比与温度的关系曲线均呈"S"型曲线,并且随着升温速率的增加,对应的非晶合金"S"型曲线依次向高温移动。此外,在初次晶化过程中晶化激活能(Ea)随晶化体积分数(x%)的增加呈线性递减趋势。
【Abstract】 Al88Co4Y6Er2amorphous alloys were prepared by melt-spinning method.Kinetics behavior of the Al88Co4Y6Er2 alloy was studied by the differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).With Ozawa′s methods,average activation energy for crystallization of amorphous Al88Co4Y6Er2 alloy are determined as 370.6kJ·mol-1.The curves of relation of crystallized fraction x with temperature at different heating rates exhibited as a function of"S"shape.A linear relationship was observed,which a value of Ea(x)decreased with crystallized fraction x.
