淬火温度对原位自生碳化物颗粒增强钢基复合材料组织性能的影响

【摘要】 采用原位反应铸造法制备出碳化物颗粒混杂增强钢基复合材料,并采用力学性能试验机、光学显微镜、带能谱的扫描电镜和XRD等检测手段研究了淬火温度对复合材料组织、性能的影响。结果表明:复合材料的硬度随淬火温度的升高而逐渐降低,冲击韧性随淬火温度的升高先增加后降低。920℃淬火处理后复合材料综合力学性能最好,硬度值达到54.3 HRC,冲击韧性值达到9.0 J·cm-2。较860℃淬火硬度值降低了6.5%,而冲击韧性值提高了114.3%。复合材料的组织为片状马氏体、VC和(Ti·V)C颗粒。热处理后的复合材料的断裂形式为解理断裂,铸态试样断裂类型为沿晶断裂。

【Abstract】 The steel-matrix composites reinforced by hybrid carbide particulates were prepared by in-situ synthesis reaction,and effects of quenching temperatures on microstructure and properties of the composites were investigated by means of mechanical properties testing machine,optical microscope and scanning electron microscopy( SEM) with energy dispersive spectrometer( EDS) and X-ray diffraction.The results show that with increasing the quenching temperature,the hardness of the composites decreases gradually and the impact toughness increases first and then decreases. The comprehensive mechanical properties of the composites are the best after quenching at920 ℃,and the hardness value is up to 54. 3 HRC and impact toughness is up to 9. 0 J·cm-2. Compared with the composites quenched at 860 ℃,the hardness value reduces by 6. 5% and impact toughness value increases by 114. 3%. The microstructure of the composites is composed of lamellar martensite,VC and( Ti·V) C particles. The fracture of the composites after heat treatment is quasi-cleavage fracture,and the fracture of the cast specimen is intergranular fracture.
