GCr15轴承钢热变形行为及加工图
Hot deformation behavior and processing maps of GCr15 bearing steel
【摘要】 利用Gleeble-3800热模拟试验机,研究了GCr15轴承钢在变形温度800~1200℃、应变速率0.01~10 s-1、真应变0.7条件下的热变形行为,建立了其基于峰值应力的本构方程,分析了不同应变量的热加工图,并建立了再结晶区域图。结果表明:变形温度越高,应变速率越小,流变应力越低,材料越容易发生动态再结晶;确定了其在真应变0.6及0.7时的安全区与失稳区,并得到了试验钢发生部分动态再结晶的热变形工艺参数。
【Abstract】 Hot deformation behavior of GCr15 bearing steel was studied on a Gleeble-3800 thermal-mechanical simulator at temperature of800-1200 ℃ and strain rates of 0.01-10 s- 1under true strain of 0.7.The constitutive equation based on peak stress was established.Hot processing maps under different strains and recrystallization diagram were also established and analyzed.The results show that dynamic recrystallization is easy to occur at high deformation temperatures and low strain rates.At the same time,the flow stress is lower.The safety and instability zones at the true strain of 0.6 and 0.7 are determined,and the hot deformation process parameters of partial dynamic recrystallization of the test steel are also obtained.
