【Abstract】 In view of the nationwide trend of engineering training in colleges and universities,it became a new model for enhancing practice ability by training the postgraduates. Master of professional education center about seafood processing and safety was constructed by Jimei University according to the regional industry characteristics and academic advantages. A training mood named as"two tutors,two paragraphs,four levels"was constructed and school and enterprise jointed to train student practical ability based on the "multi-form,personalized"rules. As the project forward,the ability of practice innovation of students was improved greatly,and this training mood also provided a reference demonstration for training agriculture master of professional.更多还原
