基于Arrehenius模型的电气电缆使用寿命评估技术

【摘要】 电气电缆是高速动车组中最重要的材料之一,准确用寿命直接影响到动车组的运行安全和车辆的运营成本。采用基于Arrehenius模型的方法对动车组电缆使用寿命进行了评估。推导Arrehenius数学模型,同时为了解决问题方便进行了相应的简化,通过最小二乘法进行了模型中参数的求取,最后通过电缆加速热老化试验验证了方法的可行性。

【Abstract】 The electric cable is one of the most important materials in high-speed EMU,and the accurate assessment of its service life directly affects the safety of the operation of the EMU and the operating cost of the vehicle. Due to the importance of cable life assessment,the cable service life based on the Arrehenius model is evaluated in this paper. First of all,the mathematical model of Arrehenius is deduced. At the same time,in order to solve the problem,it is convenient to carry on the corresponding simplification,and the parameters of the model are obtained by the least square method. Finally,the feasibility of the method is verified by the accelerated thermal aging test of the cable.
