矿井提升机电控技术发展综述

【摘要】 从上世纪80年代之前的继电器-接触器控制,配合异步电动机转子绕组串电阻的传动方式;到90年代的可编程控制器控制,配合直流传动的传动方式;再到后来的全数字智能化大功率交直交变频传动方式,以及特大型矿井提升系统关键技术研究,我国提升机电控系统经历了4个主要发展阶段。全面介绍了提升机电控系统技术进步的发展过程。结合提升机电控系统国内外研究现状,以及特大型矿井提升系统关键技术的研究方向,讨论了提升机电控系统未来发展趋势。

【Abstract】 Before 1980’s,the control with the relay-contractor was applied to fit the driving method with the rotor winding resistance of the asynchronous motor.In 1990’s,the control with the programmable controller was applied to fit the driving method of the DC driving.Late a driving method with a full digital intelligent high power AC-DC-AC frequency conversion was applied and a study was conducted on the key technology of the ultra large mine shaft hoisting system.Thus the electric control system of China hoist had four major development stages.The paper fully introduced the technical progress development process of the electric control system applied to the mine shaft hoist.In combination with the domestic and overseas study status of the electric control system applied to the mine shaft hoist and the study orientation of the key technology of the ultra large mine shaft hoisting system,the paper discussed the late development tendency of the electric control system applied to the mine shaft hoist.
