【Abstract】 The educational works of employment guidance in colleges and universities are facing the new situation produced by the New Normal of economics and society. The subject of education, external environment and service object of employment guidance have changed deeply, which brings about new challenge, new opportunity and the necessity for the improvement of the core content of employment guidance. Aiming at the current situation of employment guidance education and the new requirement of the New Normal, educational workers improve the effect of employment guidance education by enriching graduates’ skills, establishing the service thinking of education and injecting era content to employment guidance education.更多还原
