【摘要】 目的比较不同消毒液对手外科感染伤口消毒的效果。方法便利抽样法选取2014年8月1日至2016年11月1日在宁波市第六医院手外科治疗的开放性手外伤术后创面感染的患者300例,按随机数字表法将其分为次氯酸钠组、苯扎氯胺组和传统组,每组100例。采用上述消毒液对其感染伤口消毒,在消毒后第7天记录伤口情况,根据创口疗效评价标准对其进行评价。结果消毒第7天时,三组患者的疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),进一步两两比较显示,苯扎氯胺组与次氯酸钠组患者的疗效均明显优于传统组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),但苯扎氯胺组与次氯酸钠组患者的疗效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用苯扎氯铵、次氯酸钠消毒液进行伤口消毒,其临床疗效满意,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the clinical effect of different disinfectant solution for hand injury wound infections.Methods By convenience sampling,300 cases were selected and randomly divided into 3 groups:sodium hypochlorite group,benzalkonium chloride group and traditional group,with 100 cases in each group.According to the wound evaluation standard,the wound status were recorded at 7th day.Results At the 7th day,the statistical significance of curative effect was found between three groups(P<0.05),the further comparison showed that the curative effect in benzalkonium chloride group and sodium hypochlorite group were significantly better than traditional group(all P<0.05),but no statistical significance was found between sodium hypochlorite group and benzalkonium chloride group(P>0.05).Conclusion Benzenetie benzalkonium chloride solution and sodium hypochlorite solution showes satisfactory effects,which is worthy for application.更多还原
