萘磺酸根插层类水滑石对水中Pb2+的脱除性能
Removal performance of 1,5-naphthalenedisulfonate intercalated layered double hydroxide for Pb2+ in water
【摘要】 采用共沉淀法制备得到1,5-萘二磺酸根插层的镁铝类水滑石,将其应用于废水中Pb2+的脱除.通过X射线衍射(XRD)、红外光谱(IR)、扫描电镜(SEM)等表征手段对所制备的粉末样品进行了结构表征.插层后的类水滑石对Pb2+表现出较好的络合分离性能,容量高于110mg/g.本文系统探讨了初始pH、类水滑石的用量、接触时间、络合温度以及Pb2+的初始浓度对脱除溶液中Pb2+的影响.实验结果表明,反应条件对Pb2+的脱除有较大的影响,类水滑石对Pb2+的脱除是通过层间1,5-萘二磺酸根和表面羟基与Pb2+的络合作用实现的.处理后,水溶液中残留的Pb2+浓度低于0.04mg/L,这一结果符合国家地表水环境质量标准的第Ⅲ类标准(≤0.05mg/L).
【Abstract】 1,5-Naphthalenedisulfonate(1,5-NDS) intercalated MgAl layered double hydroxide(1,5-NDS-LDH) was prepared by a co-precipitation method.The 1,5-NDS-LDH was used as a functional material for removing Pb2+ from water.The XRD,IR,SEM and ICP were used to investigate the structure of the product.The prepared 1,5-NDS-LDH sample exhibited excellent removal properties for Pb2+,with a capacity up to 100.3 mg/g.Furthermore,the influences of initial pH,1,5-NDS-LDH dosage,contact time,temperature and initial concentration of Pb2+ on the removal were also discussed.The test results reveal that the removal ability for Pb2+ is influenced by the conditions.And,the Pb2+is removed by 1,5-NDS-LDH with the complexation of the interlayer 1,5-NDS and Pb2+ surface OH-with Pb2+.After treatment,The Pb2+ residual is about 0.04 mg/L in aqueous solution,lower than the third class of national surface water environment quality standard(≤0.05 mg/L).
