低位小切口与传统甲状腺手术治疗甲状腺良性结节的临床效果

【摘要】 目的探析低位小切口与传统甲状腺手术治疗甲状腺良性结节的临床效果。方法方便选取该院2011年10月—2016年10月期间收治的60例甲状腺良性结节患者,将其随机分为研究组和对照组,各30例,对照组采取传统甲状腺手术治疗,研究组采取低位小切口治疗,比较两组手术耗时、出血量、切口大小、住院时间及术后并发症等情况。结果研究组手术耗时(41.9±10.2)min、切口长度(4.3±0.3)cm、出血量(40.3±10.4)m L、住院时间(5.7±2.1)d与对照组比较优势突出(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率3.3%与对照组20.0%比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以低位小切口手术治疗甲状腺良性结节效果明显,微创安全,恢复快,并发症少优于传统手术治疗效果,值得临床推广。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical effect of low small incision and traditional thyroid gland surgery in treatment of thyroid benign nodules. Methods 60 cases of patients with thyroid benign nodules admitted and treated in our hospital from October 2011 to October 2016 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each, the control group and the research group were respectively treated with thyroid surgery and low small incision, and the operation time, bleeding amount, incision size, length of stay and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time, incision length, bleeding amount and length of stay in the research group were respectively(41.9±10.2)min,(4.3±0.3)cm,(40.3±10.4)m L,(5.7±2.1)d, which were better than those in the control group(P<0.05), and the difference in the incidence rate of complications between the research group and the control group was statistically significant,(3.3% vs 20.0%)(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of low small incision in treatment of thyroid benign nodules is obvious, and it is safe with rapid rehabilitation and few complications, and the effect is better than that of traditional surgery, and it is worth clinical promotion.
