迎春花黄色素的超声波提取及稳定性研究

【摘要】 采用乙醇作为提取溶剂,通过超声波提取迎春花黄色素,采用正交试验法进一步探讨最佳工艺条件,并对黄色素稳定性进行了试验。实验表明:在超声波处理时间为20 min、处理温度为60℃,乙醇浓度为60%,物料比为1:30时,迎春花的黄色素提取率最高。迎春花黄色素在室温下稳定,高温下不稳定;在中性、弱酸性条件下稳定;光照对其稳定性影响较大。

【Abstract】 By using ethanol as extraction solvent,natural yellow pigment from winter jasmine flower was extracted by ultrasonic waves.The paper discusses the optimum conditions of extraction of winter jasmine’s yellow pigment.Further the paper discusses the optimum technological conditions by orthogonal test method.And the stability of yellow pigment was tested.The experimental results show that the ultrasonic time is 20 min and the ultrasonic temperature is 60 degrees Celsius and the ultrasonic power is 60%and the extraction rate of yellow pigment is the highest when the solid-liquid ratio 1:30.Yellow pigment of winter jasmine at room temperature is stability,and is instability under high temperature.In neutral conditions and weak acidic were stable.Light has a great influence on its stability.
