【Abstract】 Katznelson is committed to make a new interpretation of the city in order to find the persuasive explanation how space change affected class formation model after the 19 th Century. Its core idea is that the class formation is an accidental and variable process,in which different space environment has generated diverse class models. This class analysis is not the political economics explanation path but an exploration on class formation in subjective and objective conditions from the political,cultural,capital,national and historical perspective. which has enriched and developed Marx’s theory of class. But because of the lack of intermediary concept and mechanism of interpretation,the metatheory of reconstruction work meanwhile faces a unique dilemma.更多还原
