【摘要】 目的探讨有眼外肌手术史的孔源性视网膜脱离采用改良的外路手术治疗的可行性及技巧。方法收集河南省人民医院眼科2015年1月—2017年3月收治的6例有不同眼外肌手术史的视网膜脱离患者,采用改良的外路手术治疗,包括改变扣带的形状和缝合的方式、位置,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果病例包括斜视术后2例,后巩膜加固术后2例,视网膜脱离巩膜外透热手术后1例,巩膜破裂伤缝合术后1例,均采用改良的巩膜扣带术,术后网膜平复,视力恢复,术中术后均未见并发症。结论改良的外路手术可以成功治疗有眼外肌手术史的简单视网膜脱离,并发症少,预后好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the feasibility and skills of modified scleral buckling surgery treated for simple rhegmatogenous retinal detachment patients who had a history of extraocular muscle surgery. Methods Six cases retinal detachment patients who had different histories of extraocular muscle surgery were treated with modified scleral buckling surgery,including changing the shape of bucking,changing the patterns or locations of the sutures,etc. The covering clinical data was retrospectively analyzed. Results Two cases had a history of strabismus surgery,2 cases had a history of scleral reinforcement surgery,1 case had a history of scleral diathermy surgery,and 1 case had a history of sutured sclera rupture. Modified scleral buckling surgery were performed successfully. The retinal reattached,the visual acuity recovered,and no complication was found after surgery. Conclusion Modified surgical procedure can successfully treat the simple retinal detachment who had a history of extraocular muscle surgery with less complications and good prognosis.更多还原
