高效双功能Au@SH/SO3H-MSiO2-S催化剂的制备及其性能研究
Preparation of Orderly Mesoporous Au@SH/SO3H-MSiO2-S with Short Channel and Study on Its Catalytic Performance
【摘要】 在模板剂P123的作用下,通过共聚法将巯基硅烷与2-二(三甲氧基硅)乙烷共聚得到巯基功能化的短孔道有序介孔材料SH-MSiO2-S.利用载体中的巯基与HAuCl4原位发生氧化还原反应获得短孔道有序介孔双功能催化剂Au@SH/SO3H-MSiO2-S.该催化剂中的金纳米粒子粒径较小,且高度分散在介孔材料上.由于磺酸基和金纳米粒子的协同作用,其在水介质的三乙基硅烷氧化反应中表现出较好的催化活性.
【Abstract】 Thiol functionalize mesoporous material( SH-MSiO2-S) with short-channel and well-ordered periodic mesoporous channels were prepared by template P123 self-assembly directed co-condensation of( 3-mercaptopropyl) triethoxysilane and tetraethoxysilane( TEOS) under acidic conditions. A novel Au nanoparticleacid bifunctional catalyst was obtained by in situ oxidoreduction of Au3 +with thiol on the SH-MSiO2-S support. the formed Au nanoparticles were coordinated by unreacted thiol ligands. The as-made catalyst Au@ SH/SO3H-MSiO2-S displayed highly dispersed Au naoparticles,which is very critical for essential catalytic activities. It displayed highly catalytic performance in water-medium triethyl silane oxidation reaction due to synergistic effect between both the Au nanoparticles and the SO3H acidic groups.
