胶质气体泡沫CGA稳定性实验研究
Study on the stability of colloidal gas aphrons
【摘要】 胶质气体泡沫(CGA)浮选技术是一种新型的分离手段,而日益受到学者关注,本文采用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(HTAB)作为表面活性剂,制备CGA,为了研究胶质气体泡沫CGA特性优化实验,本文主要考察了表面活性剂浓度、温度、搅拌速度、盐度以及搅拌时间对CGA半衰期的影响,研究结果对胶质气体泡沫CGA的应用具有重要的理论指导意义。
【Abstract】 Colloidal gas aphrons(CGA) is a new method for separating solutes from aqueous solution. In many separation processes, the effectiveness of CGA is related to its stability. Therefore, investigation on the stability of CGAs presents much importance for characterization of CGA dispersions and for applications in separation technology. In this paper, In order to study the stability of the colloidal gas aphrons(CGAs), the effect of concentrations of dodecyl trimethylammonium bromide(HTAB), temperature, stirring speed and various kinds of salts on the time for half of liquid to collapse of CGAs are further investigated. The obtained experimental result can provides the essential theory instruction for the CGA stable mechanism research and separation project application.
