【Abstract】 The medical dispute belongs to multiple disputes with far-reaching influences on patients. Problems like delayed medical payment,violence used in complaint,the proof difficult to find still exist,causing the public anger. Hospitals become the focus of social concern,and the related law is not perfect. It is urgent,reasonable and lawful to deal with medical disputes without delay. The mediator encouraging the defendant to take the initiative to obtain the plaintiff’s understanding, consulting medical experts,the integrated use of back-to-back mediation law,focus method,risk evaluation method and step mediation method can not only solve the conflict of interest,but also repair the doctor-patient relationship and promote social harmony. The key of mediation to promote harmony is that mediation can combine the facts of this case with the facts outside of the case,and realize the replacement of the interests of this case with the interests outside the case,and the plurality of interests between the parties and the interests of the parties themselves.更多还原
