【Abstract】 The Red Culture is an advancing culture created and developed in the long social practice made by the large number of people under the leadership of the CPC. It stands for the Party and people’s pursuit for ideal belief,better life,the history and memory of the revolution,construction and reform and opening-up. This social consciousness is suitable to the social progress and development,and definitely is the central culture directing the socialist development. The red culture gives up the money work-ship,utilitarianism and business benefit. Its spirit is agreeable with the developing direction of the socialism with the Chinese characteristics,meeting the cultural needs of the majority of the people.
