【摘要】 保持党员的先进性和纯洁性是马克思主义政党的根本任务,党的十八大对党员的要求更加明确和严格。研究生党员是高层次的优秀人才,研究生党员的质量高低关系着研究生教育的成败,也关系着国家和民族的未来。当前,研究生党员的教育管理工作存在着一定问题,主要表现在教育管理内容陈旧、方法落后、机制不完善、人才队伍力量薄弱等几个方面。为此,应当进一步构建完善的研究生党员教育管理体系,更新观念,坚持创新教育管理模式,完善教育管理机制,健全教育管理队伍,不断提高研究生党员教育管理的实效性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Maintains the party member’s advanced nature and purity is the fundamental task of Marxist party,the party’s eighteen more clear and strict to the requirement of party members,graduate student party members is the high-level talents,the quality of graduate party relations with postgraduate education success or failure,also the relationship between the state and the nation’s future. The current graduate student party member’s education still exist certain problems in the management,mainly in education management,the old content,the method,mechanism imperfect,the talented person troop strength is weak,which should be further build perfect graduate student party members’ education management system,renew the idea,adhere to the innovation education management mode,perfect the education management mechanism,improve the education management team,continuously improve the effectiveness of graduate student party members’ education management.更多还原
