【摘要】 环境影响评价实施多年以来,对协调我国社会、经济、环境间的关系发挥了重要作用。随着可持续发展战略的深入实施,环境影响评价逐渐暴露出其与可持续发展内涵不完全一致的缺陷。在分析可持续发展与环境影响评价关系的基础上,以全新视角对环境影响评价制度进行新的探索,从五个方面论述未来环境影响评价制度的发展方向,以期建立一套能体现可持续发展思想的,能促进经济、社会、环境协调发展的环境影响评价制度。更多还原

【Abstract】 EIA as a legal system has been implemented in China for more than 20 years. It has played an important role in coordinating the relationship between society,economy and environment. With the deepening implement of the sustainable development strategy,environmental impact assessment gradually exposed its defects that is not completely consistent with connotation of sustainable development. On the basis of analysis the relationship between sustainable development and environmental impact assessment,we exploreenvironmental impact assessment system with a new perspective,discusses the future development direction of environmental impact assessment systemfrom five aspects,which aim to establish a set of environmental impact assessment that can reflect sustainable development thought and promote the coordinated development of economic,social and environmental system.更多还原
