窄粒径分布的聚硅氧烷交联微球的制备及其表征
Preparation and Characterization of Cross-linked Polysiloxane Microspheres with Narrow Particle Size Distribution
【摘要】 采用水解-缩聚两步法以乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷(VTMS)为原料,制备窄粒径分布的聚乙烯基硅氧烷微球。对反应体系的p H值、反应温度等条件对微球形态、粒径大小及其分布的影响进行了研究。结果表明,聚硅氧烷微球粒径随着体系中聚合反应p H值的增大而减小,与水解反应的p H值没有特定的线性关系,在一定程度内微球粒径随搅拌速度的减小而减小。
【Abstract】 The narrow particle size distribution of poly(vinyl silicone) microspheres were prepared by the hydrolysis-polycondensation method with vinyl silane(VTMS) as raw materials. We studied the influences of p H value and reaction temperature on the morphology,particle size and distribution of the microspheres. The results showed that the particle size of microspheres decreased with the increasing of the p H value of polymerization,and the particle size has no specific linear relationship with the p H value of hydrolysis reaction,to a certain extent the particle size decreased with the stirring speed decreased.
