【摘要】 目的:建立乙肝益气解郁颗粒中黄芪甲苷含量的测定方法。方法:采用HPLC-ELSD法测定黄芪甲苷的含量,色谱柱:C₁₈（Diamonsil 4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm）,流动相∶乙腈-水（28∶72）,流速:1.0 m L·min^-1,蒸发光散射检测器（ELSD）参数:漂移管温度为75℃,N2流速为2.0 L·min^-1。结果:按选定的色谱条件测定,线性良好,平均加样回收率达98.50%,RSD%为2.92%。结论:本方法适用于黄芪甲苷的含量测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To determine astragalus armour in Yigan Yiqi Jieyu Keli by HPLC-ELSD determination method. Methods: The content of astragalus armour glycosides was determined by HPLC-ELSD analysis,chromatographic column: C18(Diamonsil 4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm), mobile phase: acetonitrile-water(28∶72), flow rate: 1.0 m L/min, ELSD parameters: the drift tube temperature of 75 ℃, N2 flow rate of 2.0 L/min. Results: According to the determination of the selected chromatographic conditions, good linear, average sample recovery rate was 98.50%, and the RSD% was 2.92%.
