【Abstract】 Osteoporosis is a common disease in the elderly,which is caused by various reasons,bone loss,normal structure change, osteopsathyrosis increases, prone to fracture of a bone metabolic disease. To study the pathogenesis of osteoporosis, and then reasonable and effective treatment, establishing animal model of osteoporosis is necessary.
