【摘要】 目的通过对食管胃底静脉曲张患者进行内镜下套扎及组织胶注射联合药物治疗的疗效观察,为食管胃底静脉曲张的临床治疗提供依据。方法选择湘潭市中心医院住院的经胃镜检查确诊为食管胃底静脉曲张出血的患者77人,随机分为两组:对照组及观察组。对照组35人治疗过程中给予生长抑素、埃索美拉唑等药物进行保守治疗,观察组42人给予内镜下套扎及组织胶注射治疗联合生长抑素、埃索美拉唑等药物治疗。治疗后1个月、6个月、12个月观察患者的治疗效果,比较两组的食管静脉曲张消失率,再出血率及并发症发生率。结果观察组的食管静脉曲张消失率、再出血率及并发症发生率均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论内镜下食管胃底静脉曲张套扎及组织胶注射联合药物治疗对于食管胃底静脉曲张患者是有效的治疗方法,可有效的提高食管胃底静脉曲张患者的抢救率及生存时间,疗效确切,是值得推广的治疗方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To provide the reference for the clinical treatment of esophageal gastric varices through clinical effect of endoscopic variceal ligation and tissue adhesive injection with drug treatment in patients with esophagogastric varices.Methods A total of 77 patients with bleeding esophageal varices diagnosed by gastroscope examination were randomly divided into 2 groups: control group and observation group.35 patients in control group were treated with drug treatment of somatostatin and esomeprazole.42 patients in observation group were treated with endoscopic variceal ligation and tissue adhesive injection with drug treatment of somatostatin and esomeprazole.The esophagogastric varices total disappearance rate,rebleeding rate and complication rates were observed in 1 month,6 months and 12 months after treatment.Result The esophagogastric varices total disappearance rate,rebleeding rate and complication rates of observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion Endoscopic variceal ligation and tissue adhesive injection with drug treatment is safe and effective for patients with esophagogastric varices.This treatment is worth extending.更多还原
