【摘要】 《华夷译语》和《训民正音》是世界语言学史上两部非常特殊的著作,前者是我国明朝学习和翻译少数民族语言及外语的教材,采用当时认为最便捷的方法开展教学与翻译工作,取得了明显的效果。后者是朝鲜人为摆脱汉语而独创的一套语言文字,经过漫长而曲折的过程才在朝鲜半岛传播开来。长久以来,人们对这两部著作的研究多注重研究其起源及具体内容,鲜有研究对现在的影响与借鉴作用。当今中国正大踏步"走出去","一带一路"建设迅速推进,涵盖多个国家、辐射诸多领域、涉及所有语系,这不仅需要我们提供大量的物力财力,还需要我们通晓相关国家的语言和文化、了解其风土人情,以便顺利推进"一带一路"事业建设。因此,我们应借鉴《华夷译语》和《训民正音》的经验,学习其创新精神,为"一带一路"建设服务;同时要吸取两者的教训,避免走弯路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Hua-I-I-Yu and Hunmin Chong-um are two rather special books in the history of linguistics.The former is a book in the Ming Dynasty to learn and translate minority and foreign languages.The way to teach and translate the languages was considered the most convenient and fast at that time and obvious results were achieved.The latter is actually a language created by Koreans in order to avoid the Chinese language,and it has taken a long and complicated time to spread in Korean peninsula.For a long time,people have emphasized the origins and contents of the two books but have rarely studied their impact on and reference to the present time.Nowadays,China is striding to "go global",and the construction of "the Belt and Road"covers many countries and involves numerous fields and all the language families.This requires us not only to provide a lot of materials and funds but also to have a good knowledge of the languages and cultures,and local conditions and customs as well as of relative countries so as to carry the construction forward smoothly.Therefore,we should draw on the experience of Hua-I-I-Yu and Hunmin Chong-um and learn from their innovative spirits to serve the construction of "the Belt and Road"drive.Meanwhile,we must draw lessons from them and avoid detours.更多还原
