【摘要】 目的:探讨品管圈活动在降低早产儿皮肤损伤发生率中的应用效果。方法:2016年1~12月我科成立品管圈小组,以降低早产儿皮肤损伤的发生率为活动主题,进行现状把握、目标设定、要因分析、拟定对策、实施对策等步骤开展品管圈活动。结果:品管圈实施后,早产儿的皮肤损伤发生率较实施前下降,家属满意度提高了。结论:品管圈活动降低了早产儿皮肤损伤的发生率,提高了家属满意度,提升了护士的能力及团队合作精神,推动了护理工作的创新及持续质量改进。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To discuss the effect of application of quality control circle activities on reducing the incidence of skin damages of premature infants.Methods: From January to December 2016,our department established a quality control circle group,to develop quality control circle activities themed by reduction in incidence of skin damages of premature infants according to the steps: status grasping,target setting,causal factor analysis,countermeasure formulation,countermeasure implementation,and etc. Results: After implementation of quality control circle,premature infants had a reduced incidence of skin damages,and their families had an increased satisfaction. Conclusion: Through quality control circle activities,the incidence of skin damages of premature infants was reduced,their family satisfaction was increased,the nurses’ ability and team spirit were improved,and the innovation and continuous quality improvement of nursing work were promoted.更多还原
