【摘要】 目的:探讨循证护理在主动脉夹层(AD)腔内隔绝术患者围手术期中的应用效果。方法:选取我院2015年3~12月收治的AD患者98例作为研究对象,根据患者入院时间先后,将患者等分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用循证护理干预,对照组采用常规护理,比较两组患者术后焦虑、疼痛情况、卧床时间、住院时间、并发症发生情况以及生活质量。结果:观察组患者术后焦虑和疼痛发生率低于对照组;患者的术后卧床时间、住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05),并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),患者躯体功能、社会功能、心理功能、认知功能、生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用循证护理模式对主动脉夹层腔内隔绝术患者进行干预,不仅可提升的治疗效果,而且还可减少患者术后并发症,帮助患者术后恢复健康。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To discuss the application effect of evidence-based nursing in perioperative period of patients receiving aortic dissection with endovascular exclusion( AD). Methods: Selected 98 AD patients receiving treatment in our hospital from March to December 2015 as the research objects,and they were equally divided into observation group and control group according to the admission time,where evidence-based nursing intervention was employed for the patients in the observation group and conventional nursing was employed for the patient in the control group,and patients in the two groups were compared in post-operation anxiety,pain,time in bed,length of stay,occurring of complications and life quality. Results: The incidence rate of post-operation anxiety and pain of patients in the observation group was lower than that of patients in the control group; the post-operation time in bed and length of stay of patients in the observation group were shorter than those of patients in the control group( P < 0. 05),the incidence rate of complications of patients in the observation group was lower than that of patients in the control group( P < 0. 05). The body function,social function,psychological function,cognitive function and life quality scores of patients in the observation group were higher than those of patients in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Intervening with the patients with aortic dissection with endovascular exclusion using evidence-based nursing model could not only improve the curative effect,but also reduce the patients’ post-operation complications and help the patients to recover after operation.更多还原
