【摘要】 目的:探讨以肠鸣音恢复为腹腔镜结直肠癌术后早期进食指征在临床护理的应用价值。方法:将我院行腹腔镜结直肠癌术的60例患者按照随机数字表法等分为观察组和对照组,术后两组患者均给予优质护理干预,对照组以术后肛门排气为进食指征,观察组以术后肠鸣音恢复为进食指征,观察两组患者排气时间、进食时间、输液时间、住院时间、住院费用及血清白蛋白(Alb)、血红蛋白(Hb)指标变化情况。结果:护理后观察组首次进食时间、首次排气时间、输液时间及Alb、Hb均优于对照组(P<0.05),住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05),住院费用低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:以肠鸣音恢复作为腹腔镜结直肠癌术后早期进食指征能提高腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术后护理质量,可促进患者术后胃肠功能恢复、缩短住院时间,减轻患者因长时间留置胃管带来的痛苦,提高医疗资源使用率,值得临床推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the application value of recovery of borborygmus as the early feed indicators after laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery.Methods:Divided 60 patients received laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery in our hospital into observation group and control group according to the random number table equally,and after surgery,patients in both groups were given high-quality nursing interference,in the control group,postoperative passage of gas by anus was used as the feed indicator,and in the observation group,the recovery of borborygmus was used as the feed indicators,observation was made on the gas passage time,feed time,transfusion time,hospitalization time,hospitalization fee and the change of such indicators as serum protein(Alb) and hemoglobin(Hb).Results:After nursing,the first feed time,first gas passage time,transfusion time and Alb,Hb concentrations in the observation group were superior to those of the control group(P<0.05),the hospitalization time was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the hospitalization fee was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of borborygmus as the early feed indicators after laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery could increase the nursing quality of nursing after laparoscopic colorectal cancer radical surgery,promote the recovery of patients’ gastrointestinal function after operation,shorten hospitalization time,reduce the pain to the patients due to long-time retention of stomach tube and improve the use efficiency of medical resources,and was worth promoting clinically.更多还原
