藏鸡新城疫病毒分离株灭活油乳疫苗的研究

【摘要】 为了探索新城疫病毒(NDV)西藏分离株的免疫效果,以便控制当地NDV的流行,保障禽类健康,试验采用灭活油乳疫苗的制作方法,对藏鸡新城疫病毒(NDV)弱毒株FX10进行了灭活油乳疫苗的研制,并将其免疫效果与商品灭活疫苗进行了比较。结果表明:自制灭活油乳疫苗的各项指标均达到疫苗要求,并能达到商品灭活疫苗的免疫效果。说明NDV弱毒株FX10可作为疫苗候选株。

【Abstract】 To explore the immune effect against NDV isolates in Tibet and to control the local prevalence of NDV to protect pourtry health,the method of making inactivated oil emulsion vaccine was used in this experiment. Attenuated NDV isolate FX10 in Tibet was developed as inactivated oil emulsion vaccine and immune effect of this vaccine was studied and was compared with that of the commercial inactivated vaccine. The results suggested that testing indicators for the homemade inactivated oil emulsion vaccine met the requirements,and immune effect of this vaccine could reach that of the commercial inactivated vaccine. Attenuated NDV isolate FX10 could be a candidate for vaccine.
