【摘要】 目的探析胸腔积液封闭式引流手术后的护理效果。方法在2013年7月-2015年7月选取200例行封闭式引流手术治疗胸腔积液的患者,并按照随机原则将其分为两组(观察组与参照组),各100例。给予观察组患者实施舒适护理,给予参照组患者实施常规护理,分析并对比两组患者的并发症发生率以及护理满意度。结果观察组产生的包裹性脓胸、气胸、胸膜反应等并发症的发生率(2.00%)明显低于参照组(10.00%),且χ~2=5.67,P<0.05,则差异存在统计学意义。观察组与参照组患者的护理满意度分别为95.00%,80.00%,差异显著(χ~2=10.29,P<0.05),并具统计学意义。结论对行封闭式引流手术治疗胸腔积液的患者而言,舒适护理能够减少其产生并发症的情况,还能够提高满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the nursing effect of closed drainage of pleural effusion. Methods During the period of July 2013 to July 2015,we selected 200 cases in our hospital for surgical treatment of closed drainage of pleural effusion patients,and randomly divided into two groups( observation group and control group,100 cases each). Patients in the observation group were given comfort care,and the reference group were given routine nursing care. The incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results The observation group incidence of encapsulated empyema and produce complications such as pneumothorax,pleural reaction( 2%) was significantly lower than the control group( 10%),and χ~2= 5. 67,P < 0. 05,significant difference existed. The nursing satisfaction of the observation group and the reference group were 95%,80% respectively,and the difference was significant( χ~2= 10. 29,P < 0. 05),and the difference was statistically significant.
