【Abstract】 At present, from the perspective of ecological civilization, county economic industrial restructuring is confronted with the rapid development of industrialization and the situation of worsening ecological environment. Facing the new challenges, on the one hand, county green economy must be developed and county ecological consumption guarantee mechanism must be established. On the other hand, traditional industrial development mode should be transformed.
