基于外壁监测数据的焦炭塔内壁应力推算方法
Calculation Method for Inner Surface Stress of Coke Drums Based on Outer Surface Monitoring Data
【摘要】 提出了一种基于外部监测数据对内壁应力进行推算的方法。焦炭塔塔壁的弹性应力主要由内外壁温差和轴向温差两种因素引起。基于热弹性理论和叠加原理,分析径向温差引起的热应力和由轴向温差引起的瓶颈效应产生局部热收缩对塔壁应力的影响,获得了利用外壁监测数据对内壁应力进行计算的公式,并采用有限元数值模拟对结果进行了验证。结果表明:与传统方法相比,该方法不需要在塔壁凿孔深埋热电偶,对塔壁无损伤。
【Abstract】 A new method to calculate the stress on inner surface based on the data collected from the outer surface of coke drums was proposed.The elastic stress on the coke drum’s wall can been induced by radial and axial temperature difference.Based on the elastic theory and superposition principle,the thermal stress induced by radial temperature difference and effect of axial temperature difference-resulted local thermal contraction were analyzed to get the calculation formula of making use of the monitoring data collected from the outer surface to calculate the inner-wall stress.Simulating it with finite elelement method and compared the result with that from conventional calculation methods shows that,this method proposed is nondestructive to the drum wall and asks for no thermocouples embedded inside the drum wall.
