【Abstract】 The Tongcheng School is not an anachronism but have their own voice in the May Fourth.Modern scholars have complex attitudes when faced with it. On the one hand they have been nourished,on the other hand they have been influenced by modern academic schools,which leads to their different attitudes towards the Tongcheng School. The reason can be divided into two: one is zeitgeist,the other is the teacher-student relation,which can indicate not only the survival and spiritual outlook of the Tongcheng School in modern academic world,but also the way for modern academic development.更多还原
