锥角对锥形空化器空化性能影响的研究

【摘要】 圆锥型水下空化器由于其优异的空化性能而得到广泛应用,然而,锥角大小对其空化性能的影响却鲜有研究,本文旨在阐释锥角对空化性能的影响大小。选取锥角分别为60°、90°、120°的空化器,在来流速度为60 m/s时条件下,通过数值模拟的方法研究了其压力场分布以及绕流钝体前后流场的水蒸气体积分数分布。结果表明:随着锥角的增加,空化区域具有先增加、后减小的趋势,表明存在一个最佳的锥角值。

【Abstract】 The conical underwater vacuolar cleaner is widely used because of its excellent cavitation performance.However,the effect of cone angle on its cavitation performance is rarely studied. The purpose of this paper is to explain the effect of cone angle on cavitation performance. We selected the cavitators with taper angles of 60 degrees,90 degrees and 120 degrees respectively. At the flow velocity of 60 m/s,the pressure field distribution at the flow front and back flow were studied by numerical simulation. The volume fraction of water vapor in the field. The results show that with the increase of taper angle,the cavitation region has the tendency of increasing first and then decreasing,indicating that there is an optimal cone angle.
