圆柱型空泡清洗器空化性能与来流速度关系的研究
Study on Relationship between Cavitation Performance and Flow Rate of Cylindrical Cavity Cleaner
【摘要】 为了研究水下空泡清洗器在20m海深处产生的空化特性,对圆柱型水下空泡清洗器在不同来流速度下进行了数值模拟.模拟了空泡清洗器中水流喷射速度为20、40和60m/s共三个工况.得到了不同水流喷射速度下圆柱型空泡清洗器中压力云图和水蒸气体积分数分布图,分析了不同水流喷射速度对空化特性的影响.
【Abstract】 In order to study the cavitation characteristics of underwater cavitation cleaner at 20 m depth,this paper has carried on the numerical simulation to the cylindrical underwater airfoil cleaner at different flow velocity. The flow rate of water jet in the vacuole washer was 20m/s,40m/s and 60m/s. The pressure cloud and water vapor volume fraction distribution of the cylindrical airfoil washer under different water jet velocity were obtained. The influence of different jet velocity on the cavitation characteristics was analyzed.
