【Abstract】 Shanghai is now in a new urban development period focusing on the urban transformation and regeneration,while the new comprehensive planning aiming Shanghai as the‘outstanding global city’.The research focuses on the Heritage 2020,which is regarded as the top level design for the historic conservation in England,and analyses its main contents and directions.It puts out planning methods from overall understanding,conservation and participation based on the challenges and problems Shanghai facing.The paper provides important theoretical basis for the future historic conservation practice.更多还原
