【摘要】 目前,京津冀远程高等教育协同发展存在着教学资源分布不均衡、各地同质化发展严重、成熟的学分银行尚未建立、缺乏有效的治理协调与激励机制等问题,因此京津冀三地应转变思想,从加强顶层设计,为京津冀远程高等教育合作营造良好的发展环境;统筹协调,实现京津冀区域内远程高等教育的错位发展;积极参与,谋求京津冀三地联合培养人才;加强联合,促进京津冀三地在科研攻关上的合作几个方面着手,以实现京津冀远程高等教育的协同发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present,there exist some problems in the coordinated development of Beijing-TianjinHebei distance higher education,such as unbalanced distribution of teaching resources,development of homogeneity,the mature credit bank not having been established,lack of effective management coordination and incentive mechanism.So Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei should change their idea and take measures such as strengthening the top-level design to create a good development environment for the distance higher education cooperation in the region,comprehensive coordinating for no homogeneous development,actively participating in seeking joint training talents of three areas,strengthening the joint development and promotion of scientific research,so as to realize the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei distance higher education.更多还原
