风电场生产运行测风塔选型选址方法综述
Overview for Site Selection Method of a Met Mast in an Interconnected Wind Farm
【摘要】 为了协助解决新能源消纳问题,可以在风电场选择一个恰当的位置建立生产运行测风塔对风电场进行风资源监测、发电量后评估以及超短期功率预测。为了保证测量精度,生产运行测风塔的选址问题就至关重要。由于安装了风电机组,投入运行的风电场与前期设计阶段相比,场内的流场状况发生了很大变化,流场的变化导致对风电场最具代表性的位置也发生了变化,因此生产运行测风塔要在考虑流场变化的情况下选择最具代表性的位置建立。文章概述了生产运行测风塔与前期设计阶段测风塔安装条件的区别,总结了生产运行测风塔的选址原则,对生产运行测风塔选址工作提出了建议。
【Abstract】 It is beneficial to establish the production-and-operation anemometer tower which can monitor wind resource,post-evaluate power generation and predict ultra-short-time power. It is important for the anemometer to select an appropriate site for the purpose of guaranteeing the accuracy. Because the wind turbines have been established,the flow field of operated wind farms considerably changes compared to that before. Consequently,the most representative site changes. So the changes of flow field should be taken into thought when selecting the site of the production-andoperation anemometer tower. This paper outlines the differences of installation conditions between the production-andoperation anemometer tower and the common anemometer tower,as well as summarizes the principles and proposes some suggestions around the site selection of the production-and-operation anemometer tower.
