【摘要】 针对当前各个地区对人才需求量的不断增加,人才的需求预测成为当前社会新的难题。本文针对人才需求难的问题,研究基于Matlab的人才需求预测系统以解决此问题。首先对人才和吸引人才的基本要素等理论进行了分析;其次对人才需求预测系统的框架进行分析,描述了其核心算法BP神经网络的算法流程;最后给出了系统的部分实现。本文对区域人才引进部门和软件设计人员都具有一定的积极意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 In view of the increasing demand for talents in various regions, the demand prediction of talents has become a difficult problem in the current society. In view of this problem, this paper studies on the talent demand forecasting system based on Matlab. First of all, the basic elements of talent are analyzed. Secondly, the framework of talent demand forecasting system is analyzed,and the algorithm flow of BP neural network is described. Finally, the implementation of the system is introduced.
