区域电力系统稳定器及其协调控制研究综述
Research review of regional power system stabilizer and its coordinated control
【摘要】 基于发电机励磁附加控制的电力系统稳定器(PSS)是抑制系统低频振荡最有效的方法。文中研究了国内外PSS在区域系统应用中的相关成果,对PSS进行综述,包括PSS原理简析、电力系统建模、区域系统PSS配置原则、时滞及其处理、PSS控制器设计等。基于单机无穷大系统简析了PSS的基本原理;在系统建模方面,指出了基于量测分析法中的Prony法是最常使用的一种方法;在区域系统PSS配置原则上,常用方法中的几何法比留数法在控制器落点和反馈信号的选择上效果更好;在时滞处理方面,相位补偿法是目前最常用的方法;在PSS控制器设计方面,需要满足控制器具有自适应度高的特性。此外,在总结PSS在区域系统应用的同时对PSS的研究方向进行了展望,提出未来对PSS研究的相关课题。
【Abstract】 The power system stabilizer( PSS) was the most effective method to suppress the low frequency oscillation. This paper studied the domestic and international relevant achievements and its application of PSS in regional system application and reviews the PSS,including analyzing the working principle of PSS,modeling of power system,the disposition of regional PSS,time delay and the processing,PSS controller design,etc. It analyzed the basic principle of PSS based on single-machine infinite system. In the field of system modeling,it pointed that the Prony method analysis was the most frequent method of measuring analysis methods. In the disposition of regional PSS,geometric method worked better than residue method on controller placement and feedback signal selection. It also stated that phase compensation method was the most commonly used method about the processing of time delay and the PSS should have the characteristics of high degree of adaptive to meet the needs of controller about the design of PSS. In addition,the paper summarized the research directions of regional PSS,and put forward some research topics of PSS in the future.
