陶粒BAF在某小城镇污水处理中抗冲击负荷研究

【摘要】 考察了陶粒BAF在旅游服务型小城镇水质、水量冲击负荷下的运行情况,并研究了冲击负荷解除后BAF的恢复情况。结果表明,在两倍水力冲击负荷条件下,当滤速达到5.1 m/h、停留时间为24 min、COD容积负荷≤6.04 kg COD/(m3·d)、氨氮容积负荷<0.75 kg NH3-N/(m3·d)时,出水COD、NH3-N浓度可以达到一级A标准;在三倍水力冲击负荷条件下,当滤速达到7.6 m/h、停留时间为15.7 min、COD容积负荷为5.709.81 kg COD/(m3·d)、氨氮容积负荷<1.08 kg NH3-N/(m3·d)时,出水COD、NH3-N浓度可以达到一级A标准。BAF对TP的去除效果有限,需增加其他措施辅助除磷。水力冲击负荷解除时,BAF出水水质可恢复至冲击前的水平。

【Abstract】 This paper studied the operation status of the ceramsite biological aerated filter( BAF)under wastewater quality and hydraulic shock load in a tourism-oriented small town,also investigated the BAF recovery capability after the shock load was relieved. Experimental results showed that,when the hydraulic shock load was doubled,the filtering velocity reached 5. 1 m/h,with a retention time of 24 min,COD volume load not exceeding 6. 04 kg COD/( m3·d),and NH3-N volume load within 0. 75 kg NH3-N/( m3·d),the effluent COD and NH3-N both reached the first grade A standard; when the hydraulic shock load was tripled,the filtering velocity reached 7. 6 m/h,with a retention time of 15. 7 min,COD volume load of 5. 70-9. 81 kg COD/( m3·d),and NH3-N volume load less than 1. 08 kg NH3-N/( m3·d),the effluent COD and NH3-N reached the first grade A standard as well. The BAF’s capacity of removing TP was limited,so other measures must be taken. After the hydraulic shock load was released,the BAF could recover the effluent water quality to that before the hydraulic shock load was applied.
