苄基铵盐/高岭石复合物的制备研究
Synthesis and research of Kaolinite-Benzyltrimethylammonium intercalation compound
【摘要】 由二甲亚砜和高岭石实现插层反应,继先后以甲醇和苄基三甲基氯化铵置换之,得到片状的高岭石/苄基铵盐插层复合物。以X射线衍射、红外光谱仪、热重测试和扫描电镜分别表征其结构和形貌,探讨其形成机理和理论模型。
【Abstract】 Lamellate kaolinite-benzyltrimethylammonium intercalation compound was synthesized first by DMSO and kaolinite intercalated reaction,then replaced by methanol and benzyltrimethylammonium chloride(TMBAC)successively.The new intercalated compounds were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),thermal gravity analysis(TG)and scanning electron microscope(SEM).The possible intercalation mechanism and theoretical model of intercalation compounds were discussed.
