聚邻氨基苯酚功能膜对呋喃唑酮的电催化还原

【摘要】 采用循环伏安法在石墨基体电极表面原位聚合邻氨基苯酚得到聚邻氨基苯酚薄膜修饰电极(POAP/GE),该电极对呋喃唑酮(FD)的电化学还原具有电催化作用.红外光谱法分析表明,形成的聚邻氨基苯酚为含有C=N,C-N,C-O-C的闭合式聚合物.采用电化学方法及现场光谱电化学方法研究了POAP/GE和FD的电化学行为以及POAP/GE对FD的电催化机理.电化学方法结果表明,POAP薄膜发生的是2个电子转移的可逆电极过程,FD在POAP/GE上发生的电极反应为包含2个质子的2个电子转移的不可逆电极过程.现场光谱电化学实验结果表明,FD在该电极上发生电极反应的基团是-NO2.推测POAP/GE对FD的电催化机理为聚合物上的亚胺首先还原为带有1个H的二级胺,而后FD的硝基O与还原态聚合物中二级胺上的H形成氢键,从而促进了FD的电化学还原.

【Abstract】 A poly(o-aminophenol) modified graphite electrode(POAP/GE) was obtained after POAP film deposited on the surface of graphite electrode by cyclic viltammetry.The modified electrode promoted the electrochemical reductive reaction of furazolidone(FD).The infrared spectrum indicated that POAP was a closed polymer with C=N,C-N and C-O-C structures.Meanwhile,electrochemical methods and in-situ UV-Vis spectroelectrochemistry were used to investigate the electrochemical reaction of POAP or FD and electrocatalysis of POAP/GE to FD.The electrochemical results showed that the electrochemical reaction of POAP was a reversible redox process with 2 electrons,and FD was a irreversible reductive process with 2 electrons and 2 protons at POAP/GE.The in-situ UV-Vis spectro-electrochemistry demonstrated that-NO2 was the most possible reactive group on FD.Therefore,the mechanism of electrocatalysis involved two steps.The imine of the polymer was firstly reduced to secondary amine.Then,the hydrogen bonds formed between the hydrogen of secondary amine of POAP and the oxygen of nitro of FD,which promoted the reduction process of FD.
