“一带一路”倡议下的国际通道中转枢纽设计模型和算法

【摘要】 为提高中欧班列运营效率,依据"一带一路"倡议下的中欧班列发展规划,以西部通道货源吸引区域为研究范围,以货源城市与目的地之间货物运输的总成本、时间和温室气体排放量最小化为目标,基于可持续发展理念构建了可持续联运枢纽配置模型。其中温室气体排放量由车辆在路径上和枢纽上消耗的温室气体排放量构成。根据货源城市到目的地的货运量、公路货运网络、铁路货运网络等参数,进行了联运枢纽选址和运输方式选择的决策。进一步采用改进多目标模拟退火算法进行了模型求解,并验证了算法的有效性。结果表明:在决策者选择偏好不同的情况下,多目标联运枢纽配置模型的解具有多样性;在不同目标权重选择下,改进的模拟退火算法能够搜索到模型的满意解,从而实现国际运输优化。

【Abstract】 In order to improve the operation efficiency of CHINA RAILWAY Express,according to the CHINA RAILWAY Express development plan under The Belt and Road initiative,selecting the commodity source place of CHINA RAILWAY Express west channel as the research region,a sustainable intermodal hub allocation model is proposed based on sustainable development idea. The aim of the proposed model is to minimize the total cost of transport,time and green house gas emission between commodity source city and destination. The green house gas emission consists of green house gas emitted by the vehicles on the path and hub. According to the parameters of quantity of freight,road network and railway network between commodity source city and destination,the location of intermodal hub and selection of transport mode are conducted.Then,the model is solved by using the improved multi-objective simulated annealing algorithm,and the effectiveness of the algorithm is verified. The result shows that( 1) the solution of the proposed model are diversity when decision makers have different preferences;( 2) the satisfactory solution of the proposed model could be searched by improved simulated annealing algorithm when the aim weights are different,which can achieve international transport optimization.
